Note: If we refunded you to a pre-paid card and you no longer have the physical card. It can be used toward future purchases if you have all the card details.
If you miscalculate the number of minutes/hours and/or services, needed to complete your work; we will determine the time and/or amount of service consumed and we will refund the remaining amount left on your account.
Processing fees may apply depending on the service refunded.
